The pants and the black shirt where bought, the extra cuffs, bows and vests and belts where all made.
4 members of our group all live in the Orlando area (myself, Haruhi, Tamaki and Kyoya) so the orlando crew got togeather and sweat shoped out the vests, bows, cuffs and belts. We all put a lot of work into these costumes so they'd all come out looking nice and uniform.
